About QiPlay
Qiplay offers a space for exploring and cultivating the connection between consciousness, energy, and the body.
It is dedicated to supporting well-being through Qigong practice and guided self-healing. Classes and private sessions are designed to gently guide individuals seeking greater balance, awareness, and healing in their lives.
While Qiplay draws from a range of Qi-based and healing modalities, the primary foundation that informs this work is Zhineng Qigong — a system that integrates movement, intention, and awareness to support the natural capacity for self-healing and transformation. Zhineng Qigong is a modern system of Qigong developed by Dr Pang Ming, integrating traditional Chinese practices with an understanding of consciousness and the body.
